I’m a health system transformation leader, researcher, and strategist working at the intersection of evidence, leadership, and real-world change.
I’ve led and supported large-scale transformation across healthcare systems, including primary care redesign, data governance, AI-enabled decision support, and national research and policy initiatives. My work focuses on helping organizations navigate complexity without losing their humanity.
I’m PhD-level researcher and implementation scientist, with deep experience translating strategy into action. I work comfortably at board, executive, and point-of-care levels, helping leaders move from vision to delivery — and from pilots to sustainable change.
Care.Transformed was created to address a gap I saw repeatedly: transformation efforts that focus on one piece of the system while ignoring the rest. Real change only sticks when strategy, data, leadership, culture, and evidence move together.
My approach is disciplined, ethical, and pragmatic. I care about integrity over optics, evidence over hype, and building systems that serve people — not the other way around.
